Exercise is a natural form of stress relieving. Being able to lock in to the most present moment regardless of what activity you are doing brings a sense of relieve from what may be happening in your current situation. It’s seen like you’re less anxious when you exercising.

You know I like to tell people to apply your skills to everything that you do. That laser focus that you put in when exercising is the same laser focus that you can apply to your everyday life.

You become less bothered by small shit that you use trip over. Now when you have the self awareness to realize that alone should motivate you to keep up with what you’re doing.

How does exercise improve mental performance?

It give you laser focus and clarity. It makes you present which is important. We all have demons that we have to deal with on a daily basis. It’s personal, some people deal with it internally and most deal with it externally. How ever you do it, its present.

What exercise does is help tame that. Whether it is something that you deal with daily, seasonal, ever so often. You learn to focus on the task at hand and that translates to how you handle things in your reality.

The choice is really up to you. Have you ever wanted more for yourself but fear was holding you back? Whatever your excuse may be exercise should be used as a tool to help you become mentally strong.

Benefits provided through exercise:

  • Laser focus
  • Ability to stay in the present moment.
  • Boost memory indirectly.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety.

How does exercise improve mood?

When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins in your brain that make you feel happy.

Not only is your brain dumping out feel-good chemicals, but exercise also helps your brain get rid of chemicals that make you feel stressed and anxious.
